Casa Noble Reposado is built from 100% CCOF-certified organic blue Weber agave grown in the volcanic soil of Los Altos. Triple-distilled, then rested 364 days in new French oak from Taransaud and Nadalie — one day shy of the anejo line.

Mood: Warm, oaked, refined.

Tasting notes

Cooked agave, vanilla bean, toasted oak, a thread of orange peel. Soft and round; baked apple, light caramel, sweet spice, gentle pepper. Long, oak-warm, dry rather than sweet, with lingering agave.

Pairing

Neat in a copita, on a single rock, or as the base of a top-shelf paloma or margarita. Excellent with grilled steak, mole, or smoked brisket.
