Tasting notes
Ripe plum, black cherry and a whisper of cedar on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied with velvety tannin. Finish is smooth with soft red fruit.
Food pairing
A natural for roast chicken, brisket, meatballs, or a Shabbos-lunch cholent. Also friendly with a burger midweek.
