Tasting notes
Blackberry, black cherry and dried herb on the nose with a whiff of Mediterranean scrub. Palate is medium-full with layered dark fruit, firm tannin and a mineral spine. Finish is long and warming.
Food pairing
Beautiful with grilled lamb, roast chicken with rosemary, hard aged cheeses, or a rich Shabbos brisket. Also handles a pasta with meat sauce midweek.
