Binyamina's Yogev Cab-Petit Verdot is an 80/20 blend that uses Petit Verdot to add color, spice, and dark-fruit lift to a Galilee-grown Cabernet base. Part of the everyday Yogev range.

Tasting notes
Violet, plum, cassis, black cherry, tobacco, and leather. Rich but well-balanced with dense dark fruit, supple tannins, and oak presence. Full-bodied close with black fruit, spice, and licorice.
Pairing
Grilled beef, duck, stews, and rich ripe cheeses; pairs strong with a holiday rib roast.
