The Reserve Cab is the step-up from Binyamina. It is aged in French oak, full-bodied, and structured for serious meat.
Mood: Structured, polished, serious.
Tasting notes
Black currant, dark chocolate and cedar on the nose. On the palate it is full-bodied, with firm oak-spiced tannin and concentrated dark fruit. The finish is long and structured.
Food pairing
Serve with lamb chops, prime rib, and aged hard cheeses.
