Tasting notes
Juniper up front, with Seville orange, lemon peel, coriander, and angelica lifting out. Crisp and dry — juniper backbone through the middle, citrus and warm spice weaving around it. Clean and dry, with a long juniper-and-citrus echo.
Pairing
Base for a proper Gin Martini, Negroni, or a tall Gin & Tonic with cucumber. Sip on ice with a lemon twist alongside smoked salmon or a cheese plate.
