Tasting notes
The nose is dried herb and bright cherry, with a touch of dusty earth and a savory whiff of olive. On the palate it is light to medium-bodied, showing sour cherry, red plum, and a thread of tomato leaf, with lively acidity that wants food and soft tannin. It finishes slightly tangy and dry, classic Sangiovese, ready for the next forkful.
