Barr Hill is the flagship gin of Caledonia Spirits, a Vermont craft distillery that finishes each batch with raw northern honey. The result is a juniper-driven gin softened by a floral honey lift instead of the usual citrus edge.

Tasting notes
Juniper, wildflower honey, chamomile, and a faint beeswax note. Rounded juniper meets soft honey sweetness with a subtle floral core. Silky and warm with a lingering honeyed close.
