Barkan's Reserve Gold Edition Rose is a single-vineyard dry rose from 100% Malbec grown in the Alma Vineyard, high in the Upper Galilee. Harvested at precise maturity and made mevushal, it pours pale salmon and drinks crisp and clean, a serious rose that still passes freely at the Shabbos table.
