The Kerem Ben Zimra Marselan Rosé from Adir is how the family estate does the Provence style. It is dry, pale copper-pink, and cut for the Israeli sun. Marselan is a cross of Cabernet Sauvignon × Grenache, and it gives this rosé structure while never losing the salinity of the Galilee.

Tasting notes
Watermelon and fresh strawberry lift out of the glass, and underneath is a light salinity. It is precise and dry, with grapefruit peel and red berry carrying the middle and minerality holding it all together. The finish is mineral, dry, and clean, and the salinity keeps you reaching for the glass.
Pairing
Pour it well-chilled. It is perfect with mezze, grilled fish, tuna salad, or salmon on a Friday night.
