The Adir family winery sits in the village of Kerem Ben Zimra, high in the Upper Galilee, and its Kerem Ben Zimra Marselan Rose is a light, expressive pink. The Marselan grape lends the wine a distinctive perfumed edge. Because it is mevushal, it pours freely at the Shabbos table without compromise.

Tasting Notes
