Yebiga "Bela" Rakija Serbian Plum Brandy (750ml)

Yebiga "Bela" is a traditional Serbian plum brandy (rakija/šljivovica) made from hand-picked čačanska rodna plums and pure mountain spring water. It is unaged, giving it a lighter, softer character than barrel-aged rakija.

The producer describes aromas of fresh pine and floral notes, with soft round plum fruit on the palate, a light body, and a lingering finish with subtle citrus. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), traditionally served neat at room temperature.
