Tasting notes
Ripe white peach and apricot lead, with orange peel and a gentle bitter-orange edge underneath that keeps it from turning syrupy. Soft, rounded, and clean on the finish.
How to serve
Over ice with prosecco or any dry sparkling wine for a Bellini spritz, finished with a slice of orange. Also good lengthened with soda for something lighter, or poured neat and well chilled before a meal.
