Spirit Works Straight Wheat Whiskey (750ml)

Spirit Works Straight Wheat Whiskey is made from 100% organic red winter wheat grown in California's Sacramento Valley, distilled and aged by Spirit Works Distillery in Sebastopol, California. It is aged a minimum of four years in new American charred oak barrels.

The whiskey is bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak with a soft, smooth texture, drinkable neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

Spirit Works Distillery is a small, family-run producer founded in 2012 by Timo and Ashby Marshall, known for grain-to-glass production.
