Spirit Works Four Grain Straight Bourbon (750ml)

Spirit Works Four Grain Straight Bourbon is made by husband-and-wife distillers Timo and Ashby Marshall at Spirit Works Distillery in Sebastopol, California, using organic corn, wheat, rye and barley grown in California.

It is a proprietary blend of two pot-distilled bourbon formulas, mashed at roughly 60% corn with wheat, rye and barley, and aged a minimum of four years in new charred oak barrels.

Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), with notes of honeysuckle, stone fruit, brown butter and chicory.
