Shirah Geshem (GSM) 2013

The Shirah Geshem is a GSM blend of 70% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre blended in for additional better color, structure, and complexity with notes of spice and game. An array of aromatics, starting with floral and garrigue notes, turning to pluot, cherry, and warm cinnamon. It is Medium-bodied and soft tannin. The palate shows notes of cherry, raspberry pie, baking spices, dried citrus peel, pink peppercorn, leather, and a hint of toast.
