Tasting Notes

Shamay Shilat wine is produced from a combination of selected Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Shiraz (50%) and Merlot grapes (10%) grown in the Upper Gallee. The traditional harvest in the cool morning hours gives the wine high quality unique features with a rich texture. The production process is performed meticulously, with love and lots of attention. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
