Rocca di Frassinello Maremma Toscana (750ml)

Rocca di Frassinello is the flagship red wine from the winery of the same name in the Maremma region of Tuscany, a joint venture between Castellare di Castellina and Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite). The estate's striking winery building was designed by architect Renzo Piano.

The wine is a Bordeaux-Sangiovese blend, roughly 60% Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, fermented in stainless steel and aged about 24 months in barrique before further bottle aging.

Expect a full-bodied red with dark fruit, chocolate, and firm tannins built for aging.
