Psagot Chardonnay is a white wine from Psagot Winery, founded in 2003 in the Judean/Jerusalem Mountains of Israel. The Chardonnay grapes are grown in vineyards at roughly 750 meters elevation in the northern Jerusalem Mountains.

The wine is mevushal (flash-pasteurized) and produced under kosher supervision, allowing it to be served by any observant Jew regardless of who handles the bottle after opening.

It pairs well with poultry, seafood, and cream-based vegetarian dishes.
