Psagot 7.10 is a dry red blend from Psagot Winery in the Judean Hills of Israel, made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, and Shiraz. It is Mevushal under OU supervision.

The wine was created in memory of and dedicated to the communities affected by the October 7th attacks, with the labels named after Beeri, Kfar Aza, Sderot, Ofakim, Nova, Kerem Shalom, and Nir Oz. Proceeds support rehabilitation of the Gaza-border kibbutzim.

It shows a balanced profile of dark fruit, subtle spice, and a hint of oak, from the limestone terroir of the Judean Hills.
