Pescaja Contro Vento Piemonte Cabernet Sauvignon Mevushal

Pescaja Contro vento is another creation made by Dr. Ralph Madeb and Beppe Pescaja. After 5 harvests together and a real understanding of northern Italy terroir the dynamic Duo decided to make a single varietal "against the convention" of not having Cabernet in the northern Italian terroir. The result is a bull bodied, big and intense wine. Quiet and brooding at first, but with time open begin to reveal layers of richness, power and depth that is utterly stunning.
