Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made in Fort Collins, Colorado using a high-malted-barley mashbill, roughly four times the malted barley of a traditional bourbon. It is aged a minimum of five years and bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV).

The malted barley gives the whiskey a sweeter, lighter character than a typical corn-forward bourbon, with the rye contributing clove spice and the corn providing classic bourbon depth. The distillery describes aromas of sweet vanilla, caramel, clove, maple, and almond, with a smooth, coating mouthfeel.

It has won a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2018) and at Whiskies of the World (2023), among other awards.
