Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire Fired French Oak Whiskey (750ml)

Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire is a Texas-made whiskey mashed from 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley. After barrel aging, the bottle is finished in-house with a fired, toasted French oak spire dropped right into the bottle, which continues to add flavor as it sits.

The wheat gives it a softer, rounder profile than a rye-forward bourbon, and the French oak spire brings extra toasted wood, vanilla, and char notes on top of the base whiskey.
