Oak & Eden 4 Grain & Spire is a Texas-made whiskey with a mash bill of 55% corn, 18% rye, 22% wheat, and 5% malted barley, bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV).

What sets it apart is the finishing process: each bottle contains a spiral of toasted American white oak submerged in the whiskey, which continues to add wood contact and flavor after the whiskey leaves the barrel.

Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice from the combination of the four-grain mash and the oak spire.
