Matar by Pelter Cumulus (750ml)

Cumulus is a red blend from Pelter Winery's Matar label, made from grapes grown in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee in northern Israel. Pelter is known for producing kosher wines using the same techniques as its non-kosher lines.

The wine has a soft texture with a distinct minty flavor and a hint of light spice. It is fermented in stainless steel under controlled temperature, then aged in barrels before bottling.
