Lvov Spirytus is a Polish rectified grain neutral spirit bottled at 192 proof (96% ABV), among the highest-proof spirits sold in liquor stores. It is made from agricultural grain ethanol.

It is not meant to be sipped straight — it's used as a base for homemade infusions, liqueurs, bitters, tinctures, and extracts, where its extremely high proof pulls flavor from fruit and botanicals effectively.
