Hevron Heights Eden Quintessence Ice Wine 2007 (750ml)

Eden Quintessence is a kosher Israeli ice wine from Hevron Heights Winery, made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling grapes frozen using a technique developed by the winemaker, then pressed to concentrate the juice.

The must ferments for about two months and the wine is then aged roughly 36 months in French oak, producing a sweet, richly concentrated dessert wine with balancing acidity.

A distinctive kosher dessert wine, best served chilled and in small pours alongside dessert.
