Hagafen Cellars, founded in 1979, was California's first kosher winery, and its Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the winery's flagship red. It's certified kosher and mevushal under Orthodox Union supervision.

Aromas and flavors run toward black plum, cherry, and rosemary with baking spice and soft oak, aged in French and American oak barrels. Alcohol runs around 14.7% depending on vintage.
