Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Reposado (750ml)

This is sotol, not tequila — a wild-harvested agave-family spirit (Dasylirion) from Chihuahua, Mexico, distinct from tequila (which is made from blue agave). The reposado expression rests in barrel, layering soft oak over the spirit's herbal desert character.

Tasting notes: green herbs over vanilla and light caramel, rounded across the palate with the herbal core still clear under the oak. 38% ABV, 750ml.

Kosher pareve certified, and listed as kosher for Passover.
