Darom is a second label from Yatir Winery, sourced from vineyards in Israel's southern Judean Hills. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of about 85% Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Petit Sirah and Syrah, aged 8 months in oak.

It shows a dark garnet color with aromas of ripe forest fruit, cassis, and spice, medium-to-full body, and smooth tannins. 13% ABV.

Kosher, OU certified. Pairs well with light meats and Mediterranean food.
