Dalton Family Collection Shiraz is a dry red kosher wine from Dalton Winery in the Upper Galilee, Israel, made from grapes grown in the Elkosh and Hoshen vineyards. The Family Collection line was created for the winery's 30th anniversary.

It shows rich, jammy dark fruit balanced by tobacco, leather, and licorice notes, with soft tannins and a spicy, velvety finish. ABV is 14%.
