Dalton Canaan Moscato is a sweet, lightly effervescent white wine from Israel's Galilee region, made from Moscato grapes hand-picked in late September once fully ripened, then cold-fermented to preserve the aromatics.

Expect notes of peach, apricot, melon and nectarine, balanced by refreshing acidity and a gentle sparkle. Around 5% ABV, it's a low-alcohol dessert-style pour.
