Chateau La Tour Carnet Haut-Medoc Grand Cru Classe 2015 (750ml)

Chateau La Tour Carnet is a 1855 Grand Cru Classe estate in the Haut-Medoc appellation of Bordeaux, owned by Bernard Magrez. This kosher cuvee is certified OK and Rabbi Westheim of Manchester, and is kosher for Passover.

The blend is Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, 14% ABV. Expect medium garnet-purple color, earthy and floral notes alongside red and black fruit, medium body, fine-grained tannins, and flavors of black cherry, cassis, cedar and violet.

Pairs well with standing rib roast, dry-aged steak, leg of lamb, or braised short ribs.
