Carmel Signature Mediterranean 2 Vats Rosé is made from Mediterranean grape varieties grown in Israel — a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Marselan, Caladoc, and a touch of Chardonnay. The wine is fermented in two large stainless steel vats without oak, keeping the focus on fresh fruit rather than wood.

Pale pink with a light orange hue, it offers stone fruit and citrus peel aromas with flavors of watermelon, papaya, and strawberry balanced by mineral, grapefruit-pith acidity on the finish. 11% ABV, 750ml.
