Carmel Kayoumi Riesling 2017 (750ml)

This Dry white wine was produced from white Riesling grapes grown in the Kayoumi Vineyard, located on the south-eastern slopes of the upper Galilee at over 2500ft above Sea-level. After a cold fermentation to preserve the grapes aromatic character, the continued its maturation in stainless steel vats. The taste is crisp and clean, with a nicely balanced finish.
