Boone County x Dalton Wine Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

A rare wine-cask bourbon: Boone County straight bourbon (Kentucky) finished in casks from Dalton Winery in Israel's Upper Galilee, bottled at 47% ABV, OU kosher certified. Wine-cask-finished whiskies are usually off the table for kosher drinkers since the wine itself isn't kosher — this collaboration gets around that.

The Dalton wine cask brings caramel, vanilla, and dark red-fruit notes over the bourbon's oak and corn sweetness, with dried cherry, cocoa, and a light baking-spice finish.
