Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters (5oz)

Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters takes its name from the classic ballad "Are You Going to Scarborough Fair?" and its herb list: parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, rounded out with herbes de Provence.

The result is a dry, aromatic, green and earthy bitters that evokes dry vermouth, with a savory, garden-fresh character. It works well in gin, vodka, tequila and mezcal drinks, and is a good way to add herbal depth to a Martini or Collins.
