Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate is an all-natural orange "anti-bitter" tincture, blending five types of orange with a hint of vanilla and a heavy dose of citric acid. It was created because most commercial orange bitters rely on burnt caramel in their base; this one takes a brighter, soda-fountain-inspired approach, evoking 1950s orange cream sodas.

Sweet, sour, tart and creamy all at once, it's used in small dashes to add complexity to drinks like a Negroni, and works anywhere a classic orange bitters would go.
