Bicerin di Gianduiotto is an Italian chocolate liqueur from Turin, made in the style of gianduja, the region's traditional blend of cocoa and roasted hazelnuts. The recipe dates back roughly 200 years, when Piedmont chocolatiers stretched scarce cocoa supplies with local hazelnuts.
