Barrell Seagrass Rye Whiskey (750ml)

Barrell Seagrass is a blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys, finished separately in Martinique rhum, Madeira, and apricot brandy casks before being blended together and bottled at cask strength. Because it is bottled at true cask strength, proof varies slightly from batch to batch.

Expect a pale tawny color with notes of honeydew melon, plum, and ripe apricot on the nose, moving into pear, lychee, and white grapefruit on the palate, with cinnamon, rosemary, and fennel seed underneath.

Seagrass has won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2021, 2023) and was ranked #2 on Fred Minnick's Top 100 American Whiskeys in 2021.
