Barrell Infinite Barrell Project

The Infinite Barrel Project is Barrell Craft Spirits' ever-evolving whiskey: a large blending vessel that is partially bottled and then topped off with new barrels at each release, so the blend is never quite the same twice. Past compositions have included Tennessee whiskey and rye, single malt and grain scotch, Polish malted rye, and Irish whiskey, bottled at cask strength.
