Barrell Dovetail Bourbon (750ml)

Barrell Dovetail is a blended straight bourbon finished in three cask types: Dunn Vineyards Cabernet casks, Late Bottled Vintage Port pipes, and blackstrap molasses rum casks. Each batch is blended to taste and bottled at cask strength, so proof varies slightly between batches.

It pours rose gold with worn copper highlights. The nose carries sweet notes of canelé and panna cotta alongside walnut oil, leather, smoked apricot, and damson jam. The palate turns darker and spicier, with cocoa, molasses, burnt marshmallow, and nutmeg.

Dovetail has won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in both 2022 and 2023, plus the Chairman's Trophy at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in 2020.
