Aviation American Gin (750ml)

Aviation American Gin is a small-batch American gin distilled in Portland, Oregon, bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof) in a 750ml bottle.

It uses a blend of botanicals for a nose of juniper, floral notes, and citrus peel, with spicy notes of cardamom and cinnamon on the palate and a smooth, lingering finish. It was developed for the classic Aviation cocktail.
