Adir Plato Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (750ml)

Adir Plato is the flagship Cabernet Sauvignon from Adir Winery, made from grapes grown in the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards in Israel's Upper Galilee. Plato is Adir's top-tier bottling, produced only in years when the fruit meets the winery's highest standard.

The wine is aged in French oak barrels for an extended period, giving it a full-bodied structure with dark fruit character, firm tannins, and notes of mocha and toasted oak.

This is a Non-Mevushal wine. Pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
