Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina del Sannio DOC (750ml)

Falanghina is one of Campania's oldest indigenous white grapes, and Feudi di San Gregorio's Sannio bottling is widely considered the benchmark expression. Vinified entirely in stainless steel to keep the fruit bright and the mineral edge intact — a crisp, honest southern Italian white with kosher pedigree.

Tasting Notes

Lemon zest, green apple and honeysuckle carry a light almond note on the nose. Mid-palate is dry and fresh with orchard fruit, saline minerality and a touch of tropical peach. The finish is clean, gently bitter, and refreshingly persistent.

A natural with grilled fish, garlicky shrimp, or a Shabbos afternoon spread of tuna salad and green olives. Also excellent alongside dairy — bufala mozzarella, lemon pasta, or a fresh vegetable frittata for a lighter meal.
