The semi-sweet sister to Pinord's Clos15 Brut Nature — same Xarel-Lo, Macabeo, and Parellada base from Penedès, finished with enough dosage to land softly on the sweeter side of the table. Mevushal, kosher for Passover, and built for the crowd that asks for "a sweet bubbly."

Tasting notes
Pale gold with a lively bead and floral nose — orange blossom, ripe pear, white peach. The palate is round and gently sweet, with apple compote, citrus, and a creamy mid-palate. Finish is soft and fruit-driven, never cloying.
Food pairing
Yom Tov dessert course — fruit tarts, apple kugel, honey cake on Rosh Hashanah. Also a friendly aperitif for guests who don't drink dry wine.
